Tracking
We provide online tracking for ALL of our orders within the USA and Canada.
We are able to provide tracking for Priority and Express packages to most countries. We are also able to provide tracking on First Class packages going to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.
If we are not able to provide tracking on an international order, we will instead provide the Customs Form number, which allows for online tracking only within the USA (once it leaves USA it will not be updated).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be charged customs, duties, and or taxes due to their importation of merchandise into their country of residence. We are not responsible for such charges, and have no way of knowing what they might be. The customer is responsible for knowing the rules, regulations, and policies of the country they are importing into, and is also responsible for paying any fees incurred in the process.
Embargoes Countries
Please understand we cannot accept orders from U.S. embargoes countries, which at this time includes: Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Sudan.
